During the welding process of the robot, its welding current is large (I=300A), so the heat generated by the welding cable is also large, and the welding torch is very close to the work-piece, and the welding torch nozzle and the welding cable need to be cyclically cooled by a water cooling system. WRC-500 welding chiller can solve the above problems.

In summer, the outside temperature is high, and the robot is welding for a long time, the water temperature cannot drop at all. The cooling water temperature is 40, and the cooling effect is poor. As a result, the nozzles, gas shunt rings and other wearing parts on the welding torch of welding cooler are frequently replaced, the cooling circulating water pipe in the welding torch cable assembly deteriorates, and the service life of the welding torch is greatly reduced.

To solve the above problems:

  1. During the welding process of the robot, when too much welding slag accumulates inside the welding gun nozzle, in order to ensure the quality of the weld, the nozzle of the welding water cooler needs to be disassembled to clean the welding slag inside the welding gun nozzle, due to the limitation of the welding robot nozzle structure design (nozzle The inner hole is not a sealed volume), so it is easy to bring welding slag into the circulating waterway and cause the waterway to be blocked. In order to minimize the welding slag entering the circulating water circuit, a magnet can be used to clean the welding slag inside the nozzle.
  2. Because tap water contains more impurities, change tap water to distilled water. Clean the impurities in the filter regularly and replace the distilled water.
