1. Learn about the injection molding chiller

The injection molding chiller is applied to the cooling of plastic processing molds, which can improve the surface finish of plastic products, reduce the surface traces and internal stress of plastic products. The products will not shrink or deform so as to facilitate the demolding of plastic products, accelerate product shaping, and improve plastic molding to increase the production efficiency of the machine. The injection molding chiller is a kind of refrigeration equipment used in industry to circulate and quickly cool down the liquid to improve production efficiency. The liquid flows through the evaporator of the industrial refrigerator to make the liquid reach the desired cooling purpose.

2. The principle of the refrigeration system of the injection molding chiller

The low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant exchanges heat with the surrounding water in the evaporator of the injection molding chiller. The evaporator absorbs the heat of the water and evaporates into a low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous state. The temperature of the refrigerant remains unchanged during the evaporation process, and the temperature is low. The low-pressure gaseous refrigerant enters the compressor, is compressed by the compressor into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous state, and then enters the condenser, where it exchanges heat with the indoor medium, and part of the heat of the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous state is absorbed by the medium. When the temperature of the medium rises, the refrigerant exothermic condenser becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid state. The process temperature of the condenser does not change, and then enters the expansion valve for throttling. Throttling is a process of rapid cooling, and the refrigerant becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid state. The latter refrigerant then enters the evaporator for heat exchange and evaporation, thereby realizing the entire process of the refrigeration system of the injection molding chiller. This cycle of the refrigeration system of the injection molding chiller is continuous, and the cooling circulating water can be continuously cooled, thereby improving product quality and production efficiency.
