Ⅱ. Daily maintenance method of laser water chiller

1. Use the chiller in a ventilated and cool place, below 40℃ is recommended. When using the laser water chiller, the machine room should be kept clean and well ventilated, and the condenser should be cleaned regularly to ensure the normal operation of the unit.

2. The water should be replaced regularly, the water tank should be cleaned regularly, and the water should be changed every 3 months.

3. The water quality and temperature of the circulating water will affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water and control the water temperature below 35°C. If it exceeds 35°C, add ice cubes to cool down.

4. When the unit fails and alarms and stops, you should press the alarm stop button first, and then check the cause of the fault. Remember not to force the start-up operation before the fault is eliminated.

5. Regularly clean the laser water chiller condenser and dust-proof net.

6. If it is not an emergency, do not shut down the unit by cutting off the power at will;

7. In addition to daily maintenance, winter maintenance also needs to prevent freezing. In order to ensure the normal use of the laser water chiller, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5 °C, and the method to avoid freezing of the chiller: In order to prevent freezing, the chiller can be kept above 0 °C all the time. If the conditions cannot be met, it can keep the chiller turned on all the time, so that the water in the pipeline can keep flowing and prevent freezing.

During holidays, when the laser water chiller is in a shutdown state, or it is shut down for a long time due to failure, the water in the water tank and pipeline of the chiller can be drained as much as possible. If the unit is out of use for a long time in winter, turn off the unit first, then turn off the main power supply, and drain the water in the laser water chiller. Finally, according to the actual situation of the chiller, appropriate antifreeze can be added. The laser water chiller is a cooling device that mainly performs water circulation cooling on the generator of the laser equipment, and controls the operating temperature of the laser generator, so that the laser generator can maintain normal work for a long time. It is an individual industrial chiller for the laser industry.
